In episode 2, Dedos interviews Liz Fraga, owner of “Which? Craft”. She speaks on struggles of finding success in an environment oversaturated with other small shops creating crafts similar to the ones that she creates.

 

With these two small businesses in mind, we learn from the two how difficult it can be to maintain stability within their businesses. It becomes increasingly difficult nowadays to gain the exposure needed in order for these businesses to become more known to consumers, as well as maintain engagement with their current consumers. Listening to their struggles encourages us to shop small.
